This is one stunner of a necklace, straddling a nod to mid century and indigenous influence during the mid half of the last century when Mexico was producing unusual and outstanding jewelry!
This piece has a copper and brass chain link and continues the theme with the final design that hangs bellow. The design is both modern and in its complex primitive execution. The jade is held down with brass pins and sauderred into the copper. No way to fall off unless you pull them out with god knows what?

It’s 18 1/2 inches long and is, at its widest, 2 3/4 inches. The design, 4 pieces of copper with round pieces of jade with arrow like pieces dangling measures 6 1/2 inches.
