I bought this awhile back, enchanted with it's shabby, rustic, pock marked, painted mother and child. At one time, perhaps, it stood just as a simple wood sculpture and someone, somewhere painted it a glossy bone color and made it into a lamp. Done in Europe somewhere - I finally took it to the lamp repair shop and they told me it had to be from Europe because of the hardware. It doesn't matter! It's got an imperfect unpolished beauty that speaks to me and hopefully to you too!
It does not come with the shade.
It measures 32" up to the finial although the wood sculpture measures 17 1/2" high. The base measures 7" wide by 8 1/2".
