This textile was originally used on a dress that was common for that part of the world. The embroidery is ancestral, classical if you will, to what used to be common place. The piece rests on another vintage fabric, from the 1960's making this very much a one of a kind piece. These pieces have been salvaged and repurposed in a modern way. The back of the material is exclusive in that it's a silk velvet pink that is a strictly 21st century textile, contrasting beautifully with the vintage textiles.
