Robert Larin Modernist Droplet Brooch

Robert Larin Modernist Droplet Brooch

Vintage from the 1970s

Material: pewter

This unique piece of jewelry was created by the one and only Robert Larin. Robert Larin was a Canadian Montreal designer who was passionate about working with pewter and other metals. This piece is from the 1970s and has his first and last name stamped on the back to make it very special.

This rare brooch is made out of pewter. The interesting dimensions and patterns that carry throughout the brooch made it absolutely unique! In the front of the brooch it has a “droplet effect” that carries only throughout the bottom of the brooch. On the top it has a pattern of different square shapes. On the top left there seems to be an open square that serves as one of Robert’s modernists designs. Like all his pieces, it has his name on the back of the brooch.
