Pre-Columbian Clay Beads

Pre-Columbian Clay Beads

A beautiful, if not remarkable, pre Columbian clay beads in various shades of tan, brown and almost black, with all of them having subtle incising markings on each bead.

I don’t have that much information although I was struck by their history. More information coming.

Each bead is is about 1 1/4” in diameter, at its widest point. Each bead measures about 1 1/8” in height. There’s a total of 27 beads and it’s length, on fishing line, measures almost 28 inches.
